Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements and methods for electrical performance testing of space-grade solar cells under simulated ground light sources. This standard applies to the electrical performance testing of space-grade solar cells, including monocrystalline silicon solar cells, single-junction and multi-junction gallium arsenide solar cells (including GaInP2/GaAs/Ge three-junction solar cells, GaInP2/GaAs/In0.3Ga0.7As three-junction solar cells, and GaInP2/GaAs/In0.3Ga0.7As/In0.58Ga0.42As four-junction solar cells, etc.).
