Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for nylon blood filters (hereinafter referred to as filters) used in disposable transfusion devices. The filters can be installed in the drip tray of transfusion (collection) devices or accessories, and are used to filter out blood clots, impurities, and foreign objects in blood or blood products.
