This document specifies the main parameter requirements for the loading quality of passenger cars, as well as the calculation methods for the maximum design passenger capacity, the loading quality of luggage in passenger cars, and the maximum design loading quality of passenger cars. This document is applicable to the calculation of the loading quality of M2 and M3 class passenger cars, and other types of vehicles should refer to it for implementation.
