Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements for relay protection and safety automatic devices in power systems, AC relay protection, DC transmission system protection, safety automatic devices, and the requirements for related circuits and equipment, etc.
This document is applicable to the research and development, design, manufacture, testing, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhaul, and management of relay protection and safety automatic devices in power systems with AC voltages of 3 kV and above, and DC voltages of ±100 kV and above.
