This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for water amusement facilities.
This standard applies to water slides, play pools, interactive water play facilities, canyoning, boat rides, and other water amusement facilities.
This standard does not apply to boats that can accommodate more than 6 passengers and are operated by trained personnel, as well as inflatable water slides.
