Abstract
This part of GB/T 18490 specifies the hazards, safety requirements and measures of handheld laser processing machines, as well as requirements for user information and marking. This part applies to the design, manufacture and use of handheld laser processing machines. This part does not include requirements related to noise hazards, which are covered in GB/T 18490.3-2017. This part does not apply to laser products or equipment that are manufactured separately or specifically for applications beyond the scope specified in GB/T 18490.1-2017.
