Abstract
This document specifies the fuel consumption limits, production consistency, type-approval, and implementation standards for heavy commercial vehicles. This document applies to commercial vehicles capable of running on gasoline or diesel fuel, with a maximum design total mass of more than 3,500 kg, including trucks, semi-trailer tractors, ordinary passenger cars, dump trucks, and urban buses. This document does not apply to special-purpose vehicles.
