GB/T 21076-2017 Securities and related financial instruments—International securities identification numbering system
Abstract
This standard specifies the coding rules, registration agencies, and code allocation for the International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs) of securities and related financial instruments registered and issued in China, providing a unified identification structure for replaceable and non-replaceable securities and financial instruments. This standard applies to securities and related financial instruments that are listed and traded on China's securities markets, futures markets, interbank markets, over-the-counter markets, and overseas capital markets, and whose issuers are registered in China; it also applies to securities and related financial instruments whose issuers are registered in China and have already been assigned ISIN identification codes before the implementation of this standard.
