Abstract
This part of DB31/T 1166 stipulates the organizational structure and responsibilities of drug addiction diagnosis and evaluation work carried out by judicial administrative organs, as well as the basic requirements for the evaluation. This part applies to the diagnostic evaluation work carried out by compulsory isolation drug addiction rehabilitation centers (hereinafter referred to as "drug addiction rehabilitation centers") for compulsory isolation drug addicts (hereinafter referred to as "drug addicts") within the administrative area of Shanghai City by judicial administrative organs.
