Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining formaldehyde and hexamethylene tetramine (calculated as formaldehyde) in food simulants.
This standard is applicable to the determination of formaldehyde and hexamethylene tetramine (calculated as formaldehyde) in four food simulants, namely water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, and olive oil.
