GB/T 23296.8-2009 Food contact materials—Polymer—Determination of acrylonitrile in food simulants—Gas chromatography
Abstract
This standard specifies the method for the determination of acrylonitrile in food simulants.
This standard is applicable to the determination of acrylonitrile in water-based food simulants such as water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, and 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, as well as in olive oil.
The lower limit for the determination of acrylonitrile in water-based food simulants is 0.02 mg/L, and the lower limit for the determination of acrylonitrile in olive oil is 0.02 mg/kg.
