Abstract
This standard specifies the shielding targets, shielding protection, and safety requirements for medical electron accelerator treatment rooms, as well as the methods for radiation protection detection.
This standard applies to treatment rooms that use medical electron accelerator systems for radiation therapy, hereinafter referred to as "treatment rooms".
This standard does not apply to treatment rooms where mobile medical electron accelerators are used for treatment.
