GB/T 43426-2023 Facility management—Management systems—Requirements with guidance for use
Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for a facility management system for organizations with the following needs: a) the need to demonstrate the effective and efficient delivery of facility management to support the objectives of the requiring organization; b) the aim to consistently meet the needs of relevant parties and applicable requirements; c) the aim to maintain sustainability in a global competitive environment. The requirements specified in this document are not targeted at specific organizations, but are intended to apply to all organizations, or their components, whether the organization is public or private, and regardless of its type, size, nature, and geographical location. Appendix A provides additional guidance on how to use this document.
