Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection items and methods, inspection rules, and requirements for marking, sealing, packaging, transportation, and storage of motor vehicle fuel dispensers (hereinafter referred to as "dispensers").
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of dispensers.
This document is applicable to dispensers used in fixed gas stations and gas stations equipped with skid-mounted vehicle refueling devices. Dispensers used in mobile refueling vehicles should refer to this document.
