GB/T 9711-2023 Petroleum and natural gas industries—Steel pipe for pipeline transportation systems
Abstract
This document specifies the manufacturing requirements for welded steel pipes (hereinafter referred to as "welded pipes") and seamless steel pipes (hereinafter referred to as "seamless pipes") used in the pipeline transmission system of the oil and gas industry. It includes two product specification levels (PSL 1 and PSL 2). This document applies to the manufacture, inspection, marking, coating, recording, and loading of welded pipes and seamless pipes used in the pipeline transmission system of the oil and gas industry. The manufacture and inspection of steel pipes for pure hydrogen transmission pipelines shall refer to this document. This document does not apply to cast iron pipes.
