This document specifies the classification, requirements, and labeling of paper products for infants, toddlers, and children, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to paper products produced and sold within China for use by infants, toddlers, and children aged 6 and under. Note: This document is intended for infants and toddlers aged 36 months and younger, as well as children aged 3 and above but not exceeding 6 years old.
