GB/T 7588.1-2020 Safety rules for the construction and installation of lifts—Part 1:Passenger and goods passenger lifts
Abstract
1.1 This part of GB/T 7588 specifies the safety standards for permanently installed, new traction, forced, and hydraulic passenger or freight elevators.
This part applies to elevators serving designated floors, with cabins used for transporting people or goods, which are suspended by ropes or chains or supported by hydraulic cylinders, and operate on guide rails with an inclination angle of less than or equal to 15° relative to the vertical line.
1.2 In special circumstances (such as: elevators used by disabled people, fire situations, potential explosive environments, extreme weather conditions, earthquake situations, or the transport of dangerous goods), additional requirements should be considered in addition to the requirements of this part.
