Abstract
This part of GM/T 0003 provides the necessary mathematical foundational knowledge and related cryptographic techniques involved in the SM2 elliptic curve public key cryptography algorithm, to assist in implementing the cryptographic mechanisms specified in other parts.
This part is applicable to elliptic curve public key cryptography algorithms with a base field of a prime field and a binary extension field.
