This specification stipulates the calibration items and methods for micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) gyroscopes (hereinafter referred to as MEMS gyroscopes), and is applicable to single-sensitive-axis MEMS gyroscopes. Multi-sensitive-axis MEMS gyroscopes can refer to and implement it accordingly.
