Abstract
This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry determination method for the residues of 478 pesticides and related chemicals (see Appendix A) in pork, beef, mutton, rabbit meat, and chicken. This standard is applicable to the determination of the residues of 478 pesticides and related chemicals in pork, beef, mutton, rabbit meat, and chicken. The detection limit of the method specified in this standard is 0.0025 mg/kg to 0.3000 mg/kg (see Appendix A).
