Abstract
This standard specifies the evaluation index system for a water-saving society, clarifies the connotation and calculation methods of the indicators, and recommends evaluation methods.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the achievements of water-saving society construction in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and prefecture-level administrative regions, and can also be used as a reference for county-level administrative regions to evaluate the achievements of water-saving society construction.
