Abstract
This standard specifies the hygiene requirements and hygiene evaluation indicators and thresholds for the planning, design, construction, and management of public toilets.
This standard applies to the planning, design, construction, and management of fixed public toilets built for public use in cities, rural areas, tourist areas, and highway service areas, as well as public restrooms set up in public places. Existing public toilets, school public toilets, and public toilets used by employees within units can refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
