Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the application of self-compacting concrete in hydropower and water conservancy projects and ensure the construction quality of hydraulic self-compacting concrete, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the selection of raw materials, mix design, performance testing, construction, and quality inspection of self-compacting concrete in hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.3 Hydraulic self-compacting concrete shall meet the design requirements for self-compacting performance, strength, and durability. 1.0.4 The application of hydraulic self-compacting concrete shall comply with the provisions of these regulations and the relevant national standards currently in force.
