Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, testing, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of semiconductor variable-frequency cascade speed-regulating devices.
This standard applies to cascade speed-regulating devices (hereinafter referred to as devices) that use semiconductor power converters to adjust the speed of AC wound-rotor induction motors, internal-fed mixed-pole brushless AC motors, and mixed-pole brushless double-fed AC motors.
