GB/T 2039-2012 Metallic materials—Uniaxial creep testing method in tension
Abstract
This standard specifies the methods for continuous and discontinuous uniaxial tensile creep tests used to determine the properties of metal materials, especially the creep elongation and creep fracture time at specified temperatures.
This standard is applicable to endurance tests on smooth specimens and notched specimens.
Note: Endurance tests typically do not record the elongation of the specimen during the test, but only record the fracture time under a given test force or the estimated test time exceeded under a given test force.
