Abstract
This part of GB/T 20863 specifies a general classification method for cranes based on the number of work cycles that the cranes should complete during their design life expectancy and the load spectrum coefficient representing the nominal load state. The stress calculation methods or test methods in this part of GB/T 20863 are only applicable to the types of cranes covered in all parts of this standard.
