DL/T 5514-2016 Regulations for content and depth of the working drawing design of urban power cables

Scope

1.0.1 In order to strengthen the management of the preparation of construction drawing design documents for urban cable projects and ensure the quality and completeness of the construction drawing design documents, this standard is formulated. 1.O.2 This standard is applicable to the construction drawing design of AC power cable lines with a voltage of 66 kV and above. 1.O.3 The design documents must comply with relevant national laws and regulations, current engineering construction standards and specifications, adhere to the provisions of the design document preparation and approval methods issued by the state and its relevant departments, and meet the technical standards of the power industry. The mandatory provisions therein must be strictly implemented. 1.O.4 This standard only sets requirements for the depth of the content of the construction drawing design and is not used as a basis for the internal professional division and volume division of various design units. 1.O.5 The design documents shall comply with the basic construction procedures stipulated by the state. The approved preliminary design documents, preliminary design review opinions, and equipment ordering materials, among other design basis materials, are the main basis for the design of construction drawings. 1.O.6 In addition to complying with this standard, the design of construction drawings for urban power cable lines shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards currently in force.
