GB/T 4022.1-2021 Surface grinding machines with horizontal grinding wheel spindle and reciprocating table—Testing of the accuracy—Part 1:Machines with table surface length of up to 1 600 mm
Abstract
This document (referencing ISO 230-1:2012) specifies the geometric accuracy and working accuracy tests for surface grinders with a worktable length of up to 1,600 mm for general use and ordinary precision. This document sets corresponding tolerances for these tests. This document is not applicable to surface grinders with fixed worktables or round worktables, nor to surface grinders with vertically moving grinding heads. This document is only applicable to the accuracy testing of machine tools, not to the operational inspection of machine tools (such as vibration, abnormal noise, creep of moving parts, etc.), nor to the parameter inspection of machine tools (such as speed, feed rate, etc.), which should generally be carried out before the accuracy testing.
