YC/T 439-2012 Specification of cigarettes delivery service for tobacco commercial enterprises
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements that need to be complied with during the process of direct delivery from cigarette logistics distribution centers to retail customers or through transit stations to retail customers, including basic service requirements, service organization, service quality, service implementation, service carriers, service safety, health and environmental protection, protection of retail customers' rights and interests, service supervision, and service evaluation.
This standard applies to tobacco commercial enterprises that adopt the model of sorting and delivering to households and have the function of cigarette delivery services.
