GB 1886.33-2015 Food Safety National Standard for Additives in Food: Oil of Eucalyptus (Blue Eucalyptus Oil)
Abstract
This standard applies to eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus Labill.) or other Eucalyptus species, which is extracted from the fresh leaves and branches of these plants by steam distillation. The extracted essential oil is then refined to produce a food additive, eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus oil), with an eucalyptol content of no less than 80%.
