GB/T 28695-2012 Standard of strength calculation for centrifugal drum
Abstract
This standard specifies the calculation of the circumferential stress of the rotating drum shell when the centrifuge rotating drum is rotating, the selection of various coefficients, the evaluation of the strength of the rotating drum, the guiding principles for the application of finite element analysis methods, and the evaluation of fatigue strength.
This standard is applicable to the shells of cylindrical or conical filtering or settling rotating drums that are uniformly loaded in the circumferential and axial directions and have uniform thickness. The rotating drums may be lined with liners or sieves, or without liners or sieves. The materials of the rotating drums must be homogeneous and ductile metal materials, and the operating temperature and the influence of the medium on the materials have been taken into account in the selection of materials.
