Abstract
This standard specifies the safety requirements for collaborative industrial robots and their working environments, and supplements the requirements and guidance for the operation of collaborative industrial robots described in ISO 102181:2011 and GB 11291.2-2013. This standard applies to industrial robots described in ISO 102181:2011 and GB 11291.2-2013, but not to non-industrial robots, although the safety principles it proposes can also be applied to other types of robots. Note: This standard does not apply to collaborative applications designed before its release.
