GB/T 36090-2018 Gas analysis—Guide for quality assurance of on line automatic measuring system
Abstract
This standard specifies the quality assurance procedures for online gas automatic measurement systems (AMS): -- Procedure 1: Before installing the AMS, conduct a laboratory evaluation to confirm its suitability. -- Procedure 2: After installing the AMS, calibrate it and evaluate the measurement variability to confirm its post-installation suitability. -- Procedure 3: During AMS operation, check the measurement accuracy, zero point, and span drift to ensure the quality of AMS measurement results. -- Procedure 4: An annual monitoring program to assess the operation, performance, calibration functions, and variability of the AMS throughout the year. This standard applies only to the quality assurance of AMS systems and does not include the quality assurance of data acquisition and recording systems.
