GB/T 40006.2-2021 Plastics—Recycled plastics—Part 2:Polyethylene(PE) materials
Abstract
This document specifies the classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of polyethylene recycled plastics.
This document applies to polyethylene recycled plastic pellets made from discarded polyethylene plastics through processes such as screening, classification, cleaning, and melt extrusion pelletizing (including pelletizing processes such as drawing, thermal cutting, and/or water cutting). The base material of this polyethylene recycled plastic is all ethylene homopolymers specified in GB/T 1845.1, as well as ethylene copolymers with a mass fraction of other 1-olefin monomers less than 50% and a mass fraction of functionalized non-olefin monomers not exceeding 3%.
This document does not apply to polyethylene recycled plastics from hazardous waste such as medical waste and pesticide packaging, or radioactive waste.
This document does not apply to mixed recycled plastics of polyethylene and polypropylene.
