GB/T 4798.4-2007 Environmental conditions existing in the application of electric and electronic products—Part 4:Stationary use at non-weather-protected locations
Abstract
This section specifies the classification of environmental parameters and their severity levels encountered during the installation, shutdown, maintenance, and repair of products used permanently in non-climate-protected areas. Products permanently or temporarily installed in non-climate-protected areas, including impact sites and offshore areas, are excluded. Products used on and inside vehicles are also excluded. This section specifies only those environmental conditions that directly affect product performance. Only these environmental conditions are considered. The impact of these environmental conditions on the product is not described. Environmental conditions caused by fire, explosion, and ionizing radiation are not considered, nor are other unexpected accidental events. In special circumstances, the probability of these factors occurring should be taken into account. The microclimate inside the product is not included.
