GB/T 4022.1-2007 Surface grinding machines with horizontal grinding wheel spindle and reciprocating table—Testing of the accuracy—Part 1:Machines with a table surface length of up to 1 600 mm
Abstract
This part of GB/T 4022 (referring to GB/T 17421.1) specifies the geometric accuracy inspection and working accuracy inspection of horizontal spindle surface grinders with a worktable length of up to 1,600 mm for general use and ordinary precision. This part also stipulates the corresponding tolerances for these inspections. This part is not applicable to surface grinders with fixed worktables or circular worktables, nor to surface grinders with vertically moving grinding heads. This part is only used for the accuracy inspection of machine tools, and is not applicable to the running inspection of machine tools (such as vibration, abnormal noise, and creep of moving parts), nor to the parameter inspection of machine tools (such as speed and feed rate), which should generally be carried out before the accuracy inspection.
