GB/T 21001.2-2007 Refrigerated display cabinets—Part 2:Classification, requirements and test conditions
Abstract
This part of GB/T 21001 specifies the requirements for the structure, characteristics, and performance of refrigerated display cabinets used for selling and displaying food, and also stipulates the test conditions, test methods, classification methods, grading methods, and product labels and product characteristics information provided by manufacturers for refrigerated display cabinets. This part does not apply to refrigerated vending machines and non-retail refrigerated cabinets intended for use in catering; nor does it include the types of food displayed in the display cabinets.
