Abstract
This standard stipulates the insurance liabilities, exemptions of liability, liability limits and deductibles, insurance period, insurance premiums, obligations of the insured and the insured, compensation, and dispute resolution of the international freight forwarder's liability insurance in international logistics liability insurance.
This standard applies to small and medium-sized freight forwarding and logistics enterprises in China, which mainly operate as agents and do not issue international freight forwarding transport documents, when they purchase the international freight forwarder's liability insurance in international logistics liability insurance.
