Abstract
This section specifies the syntax rules for the relevant data exchanged in electronic data interchange (EDI) between computer application systems. These rules provide a method for transmitting data that cannot be carried by batch or interactive EDIFACT messages. This data can be generated by other applications (such as STEP, CAD, etc.) and is referred to as relevant data in this section.
