Abstract
This document specifies the guaranteed values, control, operation, and maintenance, as well as component requirements for high-power fixed-type steam turbines used for power generation.
This document applies to fixed-type steam turbines used to drive generators, and some provisions also apply to steam turbines used for other purposes. Other types of steam turbines and low-power steam turbines should be implemented in accordance with this document.
