Abstract
This guidance technical document specifies the process of handling personal information entirely or partially through information systems, and provides guidance for the protection of personal information at different stages of personal information processing in information systems.
This guidance technical document is applicable to guiding all types of organizations and institutions, except for government agencies and other institutions exercising public management duties, such as service organizations in the fields of telecommunications, finance, and healthcare, to carry out personal information protection work in information systems.
