GB/T 6167-2007 Methods for testing the performance of airborne particle counter
Abstract
This standard specifies the principle of the generation device for standard particles used in testing and the performance testing method for dust particle counters. This standard is applicable to dust particle counters that use the principle of light scattering to measure the size and quantity of suspended particles with a diameter of 0.1 μm to 10.0 μm in the sampled air. This type of dust particle counter is mainly used for the cleanliness detection of cleanrooms and the performance testing of air filters and filter materials.
