Abstract
The method specified in this standard provides a determination method for the total amount of cerium-group rare earth elements in aluminum and aluminum alloys.
The method specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of the total amount of cerium-group rare earth elements in aluminum and aluminum alloys. The determination range is 0.050% to 0.400%.
The method specified in this standard is not applicable to the determination of the total amount of cerium-group rare earth elements in aluminum and aluminum alloys that contain yttrium-group rare earth elements.
