Scope

为满足广大镇(乡)村居民开展文化活动的基本要求，提高镇(乡)村文化中心建筑设计的质量，制定本规范。本规范适用于新建、改建、扩建的县级人民政府驻地以外的镇和乡、村文化中心建筑设计。镇(乡)村文化中心建筑设计，应符合下列要求： 1 应贯彻环境保护、安全卫生、节约用地、节约能源、节约用水、节约材料的有关规定； 2 应以人为本，适合不同人群，特别是儿童、老年人、残疾人文化活动的特点和要求； 3 应符合当地经济和社会发展水平； 4 应体现因地制宜、就地取材、地域风格、民族特色； 5 应在满足近期使91,HG/T 2458,中华人民共和国食品卫生法（1995年）
