Scope

1.0.1 In order to promote the informatization of urban management, improve the level of urban management and public services, achieve the integration and sharing of resources, and standardize the construction of urban municipal comprehensive supervision information systems, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the planning, implementation, operation, maintenance, and management of urban municipal comprehensive supervision information systems. 1.0.3 Urban municipal comprehensive supervision information systems shall use the national dedicated telephone number 12319 for public welfare services in the construction industry. 1.0.4 In the construction of urban municipal comprehensive supervision information systems, attention should be paid to the integration and sharing of various existing related resources, and it is advisable to adopt advanced and practical new technologies and methods. 1.0.5 In addition to complying with these regulations, urban municipal comprehensive supervision information systems shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
