Scope

This document provides the environmental basic data, environmental condition severity grading, and distribution map drawing methods required for drawing the distribution map of the environmental severity of electrical and electronic products.
This document is applicable to the drawing of environmental parameter distribution maps and environmental response characteristic distribution maps for electrical and electronic products. Environmental parameters include temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, condensation, solar irradiation, salt spray concentration, hydrogen sulfide concentration, ground flash density, and ice thickness. Environmental response characteristics include corrosion, aging, and erosion.
