Scope

This part of GB/T 19317 specifies the manufacturing and installation requirements for non-metallic through-hull accessories and/or fittings used on small boats with a hull length of not more than 24 m, including through-hull accessories, sea-water cock valves, hose fittings, and/or drain plugs and their associated components. This part of GB/T 19317 does not apply to engine exhaust accessories and navigation and driving connection fittings that penetrate the hull of the boat.
