Scope

This document specifies the general requirements for the payloads carried by lunar and deep space probes (hereinafter referred to as "payloads"), the division of tasks for payloads, the requirements for payload input files, the workflow for payloads, the safety requirements for interfaces, and the safety requirements for potential hazardous sources such as pressure vessels, batteries, radioactive sources, propellants, and pyrotechnic devices.
This document is applicable to the task matching, interface coordination, and safety control of payloads carried by lunar and deep space probes. It can also be used as a reference for the deployment of payloads on other spacecraft such as launch vehicles and Earth satellites.
