Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the certification of artificially cultivated and commercially produced rare and endangered plants, production and operation planning and management, ecological environmental protection, and general requirements for production and operation supervision, production and sales supervision, and file management.
This standard applies to units engaged in the production and operation of rare and endangered plants that have the following needs:
a) Qualified certification bodies conduct audits and evaluations of operating units engaged in the production and operation of rare and endangered plants;
b) Production and operation units establish and implement the suitability and effectiveness of the management document system for the production and operation of rare and endangered plants.
