Scope
This standard specifies the structure and materials, requirements, inspection rules, inspection methods, packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of metal-based (aluminum-based, copper-based) copper-clad laminates for printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as metal-based copper-clad boards).
This standard applies to metal-based (aluminum-based, copper-based) copper-clad boards for printed circuits, but not to iron-based copper-clad boards for printed circuits. Other metal-based copper-clad boards for printed circuits and metal-based copper-clad boards for microwave circuits can be used as a reference.
